The meeting started at 7:00 pm.
Approval of Minutes
The October board minutes were approved.
There was also a question of timing. Weren't a lot of responses
very late in coming in for 2003?

Earthworks Park
Thomas Vaughan followed up with the Kent and Renton Parks Departments.
The best site, as suggested by the Kent Parks Department, is Van
Doren park. At the board, no one was interested in spearheading
a viewing site that far south, so it was agreed that Thomas would
look for interested members and let them know.
Banquet Update
There have been only a few responses so far. How to generate more
responses? Some ideas: get a notice up prominently on the website,
and post to the Webfoot Web mailing list.
Improvement Ideas
Steve van Rompaey closed by calling out for suggestions for ways
to improve next year. Either process for the board, or initiatives
for the club.
