  • Judy will contact Dennis Downer regarding reworking the brochure
  • Judy will follow-up with Staples regarding the brochure printing pricing
• Review action items from the February 9^th, 2014 Board Meeting
  • Angus will order a few planispheres and books for telescopes that don’t yet have them
  • Dave will email “Through the Clouds” regarding the IDA and will think about a Facebook post also
  • Davie will give a 10 minute IDA presentation at the beginning of the February General Meeting
  • Judy will ask Caroline to develop a 2014 budget, which plans for $1000 in equipment library expenses, and projects our operating expenses forward
  • Judy will present the 2014 budget at the March General Meeting
  • Chris will begin planning another member event based on the ideas we discussed
