Membership in the Seattle Astronomical Society is open to anyone who enjoys astronomy or who would like to help SAS in sharing the enjoyment of astronomy with others. No experience is necessary! Membership includes:
- Membership in the Astronomical League (the national organization of amateur astronomy) and a subscription to "The Reflector," the quarterly journal of the League. Detailed information about Benefits of SAS Astronomical League Membership can be found here.
- Members may optionally subscribe to Sky and Telescope and/or Astronomy magazine at discount club rates. See the membership form for details.
- Most importantly, membership in the SAS will provide communication, education and a whole lot of fun and good times with others who share your interest in amateur astronomy. We hope to hear from you soon!
