You can see samples of some of these books and calendars at the October and November SAS meetings. All books and calendars will be brought to the holiday banquet in January and the monthly SAS meeting in December (if we receive them in time. If not, you can pick them up at the February SAS meeting.)

You must prepay postage whether you intend to have it mailed or not. If you pick up your items at or before the February meeting, you will receive a refund of the postage; otherwise, they will be mailed to you. The orders will be made on November 18, so make certain that your order is received before then. Make checks payable to SAS. Bring this form with payment to the October or November SAS meeting or mail it to:
