Duvall Star Party

Experienced astronomer volunteers from the Seattle Astronomical Society (SAS) bring their telescopes and binoculars to share with the public.  Everyone is welcome including families with children.  Feel free to bring your own telescope or binoculars, dress warm, bring a chair, blanket, and a hot thermos of coffee or hot chocolate.

For those setting up telescopes the field lights will be on one hour before the event starts. Field lights will turn off at event start.  Field #2 (the middle field) will be used for public stargazing.  Field #1 (the NE field farthest from the road) is reserved for astrophotograpers to set up their equipment to avoid confusion as to which telescopes are available for visual stargazing.
