Inspiring the Next Generation of Astronomers

The Youth Astronomers Society of Seattle empowers teens to explore astronomy at every level, from community star parties to university-level research. We serve students who are passionate about science and curious about the unknown, giving them both a community and a platform. What makes us unique is that we treat teens not just as learners, but as scientists, publishing, presenting, and leading outreach across Seattle. Our work strengthens community ties, opens pathways into STEM, and keeps the universe within reach for all.
