About the Event
This public stargaze event is authorized by the city of Duvall, Parks & Recreation Department and is free of charge. Please use red flashlights only and do not aim your headlights toward the ball fields to preserve everyone's night vision. Field lights will be turned off at approximately 9pm.
No food or drink is allowed on the fields.
8:15pm - 9:15pm - Bring your own telescope and Seattle Astronomical Society members can help you out and answer your questions.
9:00pm - 1am - Stargazing - Highlights to include the crescent moon, Mars, star clusters, double stars, nebula, and galaxies.
In case of inclement weather, we may postpone this event to Saturday, May 31st. Check the calendar or sign up for change notifications.
