About the Event
Experienced astronomer volunteers from the Seattle Astronomical Society (SAS) bring their telescopes and binoculars to share with the public. Everyone is welcome including families with children. Feel free to bring your own telescope or binoculars,
Dress warm, bring a chair, blanket.
Please note that no food or drink is allowed on the fields.
Star party host at Duvall is David Horn.
For those setting up telescopes, you can setup 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, the field lights will remain on until the start time at which point they will be turned off.
Field #1 (the NE field farthest from the road) is reserved for astrophotographers to set up their equipment to avoid confusion as to which telescopes are available for visual stargazing.
