Please join us online as we welcome Goldendale Observatory's Troy Carpenter! Troy will be going over a grab bag of fun and interesting topics in the world of space science including an Artemis recap, the successful DART impact, as well as providing the latest on solar viewing and the upgrades of Washington's own Goldendale Observatory.

The curious welcome and questions are encouraged!

Troy has been running the Goldendale Observatory for 9 years counting and has also spent 7 years teaching and training in the energy sector. He also has 5 years of broadcasting experience.

Every month SAS meets for our general meeting commonly featuring a guest speaker and presentation. It also provides members a chance to engage and be in community with each other.

As always, our monthly general meetings are open to both SAS members and the public. We hope to see you online and/or in-person soon!
