Overview
NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador will talk about his astronomy outreach work on behalf of the New Horizons mission to Pluto, as well as give us the latest on other missions to icy worlds: Rosetta and Philae at Comet 67P, and Dawn at Ceres.
Before the main presentation, SAS board member Stephanie Anderson will show off the new astrophotography gear available for loan from SAS's equipment library.

Exploring the Universe with WorldWide Telescope

WWT powers such famous planetariums as the Adler in Chicago, but it can run on an ordinary PC laptop. Lead developer and avid amateur astronomy Jonathan Fay will demonstrate how WWT can be used for astronomy education and outreach.
