Consider, as a replacement, doing private, individual or solitary viewing of the NEOWISE comet, closest to earth on July 22 and visible in the NW below Ursa Major from North America for about the next month.

    This Green Lake Public Star Party (outreach event) scheduled for Jul 25, 2020, 09:00 PM is cancelled due to restrictions on official SAS star party group sizes because of Covid 19.  Consider, as a replacement, the NEOWISE Comet for private, individual, or solitary observing while it is closest to earth on July 22 and visible in the NW below Ursa Major from North America for about the next month.  It won't return for 6,800 years!
